Shipping and turnaround
Shipping availability, delivery address, shipping cost and production timing are confirmed with your quote. Shipping, tax and finishing are additional to the displayed starting estimate. We do not promise a delivery date until your project has been reviewed.
Custom work and changes
Tell us about critical dimensions, intended use and fit requirements before approving your quote. Layer lines and material appearance vary with the model and printing process. Contact us promptly about changes, cancellation requests or a problem with a delivered print; we will review the circumstances and agree on next steps. Confirm project-specific terms before payment.
Taxable New Jersey orders are subject to 6.625% sales tax. Business purchases are not automatically exempt. Ask staff to review a valid resale or exemption certificate before payment.
H2C, multicolor and uploaded 3MF projects are reviewed manually. STL files do not contain usable color assignments; describe your colors and where each belongs.
